Once you own the villa, you lease it back to Ananta Woods under a structured long-term lease agreement. We take full possession for hospitality operations — managing guests, maintaining the property, and ensuring it earns consistently. The lease is contractually defined with agreed revenue-sharing terms, giving you predictable returns.
Lease tenure: 10 years, renewable. Revenue share: quarterly disbursements.
